Such an AMAZING experience and results! Several months ago I began looking into brow options, asking around for... referrals, Jill’s name and business repeatedly came up. I was told by one friend; “If she booked out, WAIT! She is the BEST!”. So I did just that, I called to make an appointment and I waited several months!

Jill is absolutely amazing! As a person, as an artist, as a woman! I had reached out to her far before even becoming a... client with questions, and she quickly responded and gave her feedback! I chose to go elsewhere, in large part due to knowing I’d get a “deal” on the price, and believing that I just didn’t need to spend the money, regardless of knowing how great the artist. Unfortunately, I was not happy. I then reached out to Jill with questions about the process afterwards, if this was normal or not, and her professionalism shined even more. She was respectful of the work done, honest, straightforward, and provided me the necessary education on what to ask for and share in “permanent make up artist terms”. I made the decision to not return for the 6-8 week fill, and opted to let them heal, and went to Jill. I reached out to her and her staff and they both helped me to understand what to expect and what future appointments/cost will look like! Immediately after my first appointment, the feeling was different and my eyebrows looked amazing, even through the healing phase!! She was transparent, provided clear aftercare instructions, had great follow up emails! I remember putting on my sunglasses after they were done, seeing the way my brows looked and realizing what I had been missing my entire life!:) My follow up appointment was nothing but the same! She’s fantastic to chat with during the time you are there and makes you feel comfortable and beautiful!!! I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to her and to even reach out to her or her staff before scheduling with your questions, as you’ll see then their professionalism, kindness and abilities will shine just through that initial conversation!read more

For the very beginning, I was completely at ease with Jill. She asked me questions, thoughtfully shared her... professional opinion, and created the perfect eyebrows for me. She made sure I was comfortable and informed. I just had permanent eyeliner as well and I had the same peaceful feeling. I felt like I was in the best hands possible. Let me just start off by saying that Jill is truly amazing at what she does! She makes you feel comfortable and... informed throughout the entire process, and she will leave you with AMAZING brows! I... love how Jill maps out a brow shape prior to starting the tattoo and explains why this shape is most flattering for your face shape/angles. She also listens to your preferences and desired shape--I personally prefer a full, filled-in look with my brows and Jill totally nailed it. She also does a great job of explaining her process before starting the tattoo, and it made me feel confident in her skills. Even though you’re numbed and don’t feel it, she still stops to explain what she’s doing and makes sure you’re comfortable through the whole appointment. She also takes time to thoroughly go over after-care instructions and what to expect during the healing process. There was a day during my healing process where my brows were peeling a lot and I became nervous, but I rewatched her Facebook videos where she talks about the healing process and knew what I was experiencing was normal.
